Working in a team of five.
We build ERP, carbon reporting, analytics and trade software for manufacturers. Below is what working here is like, what we offer, and what we do not.
Why work here, and why not
A five-person company does not suit everyone. Know both sides before you decide.
The work itself
We write the software between a manufacturer's floor and its books: ERP, carbon accounting, analytics, trade. The code you write becomes part of a calculation that walks into audits.
What a large company cannot offer
In five people there are jobs, not titles: whoever talks to the customer writes the code, and decisions are made where the work starts, not three layers up.
What we do not offer
No corporate ladder, no ready-made processes, no comfort of disappearing into a crowd. In a small team the work is visible — and so is what's missing.
Who does well here
People who find their way in ambiguity, don't shy from the shop floor, and know their code walks into audits. The work talks, not the title.
How we work
We write and run our own products. The tools we use, and how we organise the work.
- Technology
- TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL; Docker for deployment; Bun as the package manager
- Languages
- Turkish and English
- Working arrangement
- Working arrangements are settled in the interview; site work happens on site.
- Expectations
- We expect ownership and fast decisions; hours and how decisions run are settled in the interview.
